HOW TO MAKE NOC IN NEPAL 2023 ? FULL PROCESS EXPLANATION

NOC is a No Objection Certificate granted by Government of Nepal for the Nepalese student to study aboard.

👉 It Is Provided by MOE(Ministry Of Education) 

• Current/Temporary Location : Sanothimi, Bhaktapur (Inside the territory of Class 10 Examination Control Office)

         Before It was Located in Kesharmahal, KTM (Adjacent to Dreams Garden)

👉Document Required in 2023

•  Online Application Form.
• Original Citizenship Card By Government of Nepal.
• Academic Transcript.
• Engineering License , MEC Eligibility Letter , Nursing License , NHPC License ,Equivalent Certificate for aboard study.
• Offer Letter / I20.
• For Japan: Application Form. Citizenship Card, Academic Transcript , COE, Invoice Letter, Admission Certificate.
• Payment Slip.

 

To Fill the application Form:

👉Document Not Required :

• TOEFL/ILETS Copy.
• Passport.
• Provisional / Migration Copy.
• SLC/SEE Documents.
• Other Training Certificate.

👉 Process Required For  Making NOC:

• First Of all ,You have To Fill The  Online application form by Visiting   Official Website .
• Follow the Instructions and upload the document  asked 

• Your documents should be clear and accurate. Your mobile number from which you created your account will receive a message or email of document verification. It usually takes three to five days for documents to be verified.

• After Approved, You'll have to pay the revenue of NRS 2000 |-  for Each NOC to MOE from Nepal Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited or, from E-sewa Or khalti.

• Online payments save time and are more convenient
• Last and Most Important Points :You have visited the NOC office physically or on the day of the visit and are arriving 2-3 hours earlier than the scheduled time of the visit. Regardless of how many people are present. The NOC was sent on time on everyone's own schedule. Please take all your important documents as mentioned above, and you'll have yours fast & with confidence.
• NOC OFFICE COUNTER:
• ROOM_1: Document Verification.
• ROOM_2: NOC Fee Payment Check.
• ROOM_3,4,5: NOC DOCUMENTS HARD COPY Received. 
• ROOM_6: NOC Registration & stamping On NOC Document.
• ROOM_7; Problem Solving(help desk).

• NOTE:
• Those Who'd Already Got NOC, You have to bring Original NOC & Refunded Bank statement.
• If NOC Letter Got Lost, Then Bring The police Report and Bank Statement.
• An applicant who cannot visit cannot get a NOC. Instead, they need to be in the presence of a blood relative (family members) or a relative.
