Here are the step-by-step instructions to obtain the Migration Certificate:
Obtain the letter format from the inquiry section or download the form .
- Fill in the required information and print it out. Refer to the illustrated JPEG file of the form provided.
- Visit your college or campus and have the letter signed by the campus chief or the authorized personnel. The campus may require additional documents such as a character certificate or transcript for verification before signing.
- Ensure the letter is stamped with the official seal of your campus.
Proceed to the extension counter of Kritipur Branch, Nepal Bank Limited, and pay Rs. 1000 /- rupees. The extension counter is located within the premises of the Exam Controller's office, Balkhu, in the first building when approached from the main door. The Global IME counter is situated on the front facade, while the Nepal Bank Limited counter is on the South side. During payment, ensure that the letter (or form) is stamped with the bank seal.
After that Go to room number 9:
Afterward, you need to write on the back side of the form:

Details of the individual who will be picking up the certificate.
Once the voucher is stamped, after a few days, proceed again to room number 9 on the opposite side.
Note: For self-collection, no identification documents are required.
For collecting on behalf of someone else, you must present your original identification document.
